Bilingual Mandarin Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Type: Full-time Job Summary
We are looking for a bilingual English/Mandarin Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring for our growing automotive and battery operations. This role will focus on sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting the hiring process.
Responsibilities:- Source and screen candidates for open positions
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates and hiring managers
- Support the recruiting process from job posting through offer
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
- Maintain accurate recruiting records and provide hiring updates
- Attend job fairs, networking events, and other recruiting activities as needed
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin, as this role will frequently communicate with English and Mandarin speaking stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Familiarity with Chinese corporate culture and business practices
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Recent graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome
Preferred: Technical recruiting or experience in the automotive, EV, or battery industry.
