Human Resources Customer Service Representative | HR CSR
Location: 100% Onsite
Pay: $17/hr

Spanish Bi-lingual $18/hr

We are seeking professional and customer focused Human Resources Customer Service Representatives to support employees and former employees with questions related to Human Resources and Benefits. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with call center or benefits experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What You'll Do
As a Human Resources Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Answer inbound calls from employees and former employees regarding HR and benefits inquiries.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns in a professional, timely manner.
• Document all customer interactions and transactions within company systems.
• Research outstanding issues and follow through until resolution.
• Respond to inquiries submitted through the online Contact Us feature.
• Explain HR policies, procedures, and benefits in a clear and easy to understand manner.
• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information.
• Escalate recurring or technical issues to leadership when appropriate.
• Navigate multiple software applications while assisting customers.
• Meet quality, productivity, attendance, and customer service expectations.
• Participate in required meetings and ongoing training.
• Support peak business periods as needed.

Training & Schedule
Paid Training

• Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST

Regular Schedule

• Your assigned schedule will be provided during the final week of training.
• Candidates must be available to work Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST.
• Perfect attendance during training is required.

What We're Looking For

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 6 months of recent call center and/or employee benefits experience within the past 1 to 2 years.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced call center environment.
• Strong computer proficiency with the ability to navigate multiple software systems simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
