(USA) Senior Manager, Operations Improvement

Position Summary As a Senior Manager for Operations Improvement, you will oversee multiple projects by defining the scope of work and project objectives; establishing project activities, deliverables, milestones, and timelines; coordinating planning activities; assembling management plans; tracking changes to plans; ensuring resolution of critical issues; managing governance of project plans; identifying resources needed for project completion; monitoring budgets and costs; and delivering presentations, status reports, and other project documentation to stakeholders at regular intervals. Responsibilities Manage content management initiatives by evaluating and prioritizing content requests; designing, developing, automating, and maintaining tools, templates, and resources; collaborating with the team to develop and implement intranet content; providing guidance on platform functionality, communication approaches, and content quality standards; ensuring content and digital communications methods align with governance; auditing and tracking content variables; and adapting methods to resolve audit concerns. Direct process and procedure improvements by analyzing data to identify existing standards, processes, governance, and workflows; evaluating current performance baselines; identifying improvement areas; editing existing processes and developing solutions; ensuring program processes are simple and executable with manageable rollout plans; consulting cross‑functional teams for alignment; ensuring process sustainability; and communicating changes and solutions to stakeholders. Lead behavior change and process improvement programs by evaluating and determining change needs; partnering with cross‑functional teams to develop operational strategy to simplify processes; providing guidance on policies and procedures; ensuring controls, tools, and materials support change; partnering with stakeholders for alignment and support; monitoring program performance; identifying post‑implementation issues; and gaining buy‑in on changes. Drive execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs; developing and communicating business plans and priorities; removing barriers that impact performance; providing resources; setting performance standards; measuring progress; adjusting performance; developing contingency plans; and demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning. Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates by selecting and training, mentoring, assigning duties, building a team‑based environment, establishing performance expectations, conducting evaluations, providing recognition, and coaching for success. Promote and support company policies, procedures, mission, values, and ethics by training and providing direction; ensuring compliance; and supporting the Open Door Policy. Ensure business needs are met by evaluating the effectiveness of current plans; consulting with partners; soliciting and applying suggestions for efficiency and cost‑effectiveness; and supporting community outreach events. Compensation Base salary range: $90,000 – $180,000, plus performance bonuses. Additional compensation may include stock options.
