Construction Billing & Project Accounting Specialist

Highspring LLC (d/b/a Vaco by Highspring) is seeking an experienced Construction Project Accountant / Billing Specialist to support accounting and billing for active construction projects in the San Fernando Valley, CA. The role collaborates with Controllers, Project Managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure accurate billing, timely payments, and proper job costing. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in construction accounting, proficiency with AIA billing, COIs, and strong Excel/ERP #J-18808-Ljbffr Vaco by Highspring
