Role Overview: This role primarily focuses on delivering insightful analytics and business reporting to aid decision-making and developing financial models to support strategic initiatives and track performance. Key Responsibilities: Reporting: Timely preparation and submission of daily, weekly, and monthly reports for internal stakeholders and Honda Motor Corporation. Enhance reporting systems to identify operational gaps and recommend corrective actions quickly. Collaborate with Automotive department heads to implement, track, and report on transformational activities. Gather and consolidate data from various sources. Work closely with senior management teams across different functions. Analysis: Assist in the forecasting process by building operational models to assess the potential impact of various initiatives. Prepare pricing models at the operational level to ensure profit margins align with company standards. Report on cross-functional activities and drive change through agile change management processes, contributing to the growth in volume and profits. Key Skills for Success: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong attention to detail. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Qualifications: A bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance or a related field. At least 3 years of relevant experience in an analytical role.
