Cook / Back of House Team Member

Pay: $14-$15/hr

As a Cook, you'll play a vital role in delivering the fresh, great-tasting meals our guests expect. You'll prepare menu items according to company recipes and standards while helping maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen. Whether you're cooking Chicken Fingerz™, preparing ingredients, stocking stations, or assisting your teammates during busy meal periods, your work directly impacts the guest experience.

Successful team members enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have a strong work ethic, and take pride in doing things the right way. You'll learn food preparation techniques, food safety procedures, kitchen operations, teamwork, and time management skills that can help you build a long-term career in the restaurant industry.

Previous restaurant or cooking experience is helpful but not required. We provide training and support to help you succeed. We are looking for dependable individuals who can follow procedures, communicate effectively with teammates, maintain high cleanliness standards, and contribute to a positive work environment.
