We pledge to respect and support your personal and professional goals because we believe job satisfaction should lead to life satisfaction.When you join our team, you'll enjoy:Competitive pay starting at $55/hourMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company supportPaid time offRelocation assistanceMileage reimbursementEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Company-sponsored professional developmentContinuing education fundingLicense and certification reimbursementEducational Assistance ProgramOngoing mentorship and support from our AAC leadership teamWhat You'll DoAs an AAC Specialist with BTS, you'll collaborate with students, educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to improve communication outcomes for children throughout New Hampshire.Responsibilities include:Conduct comprehensive AAC evaluations across a variety of communication systems and access methodsDevelop individualized AAC recommendations and implementation plansComplete funding documentation and insurance submission packetsConsult with school teams, families, and related service providersTrain educators, caregivers, and communication partners on AAC implementation and best practicesSupport students in developing functional communication skills across educational environmentsCollaborate closely with our AAC Manager and experienced AAC mentorsContribute to a culture of learning, innovation, and student-centered careWhat We're Looking ForRequired QualificationsMaster 's Degree in Speech-Language PathologyASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)Experience conducting AAC evaluations and making device recommendationsKnowledge of a variety of AAC systems, technologies, and alternative access methodsExperience implementing AAC across school, home, and community settingsStrong report writing, documentation, and funding packet preparation skillsAbility to effectively train and coach adults as communication partnersNew Hampshire SLP License (or ability to obtain)Preferred QualificationsAdvanced AAC experience in school-based settingsExperience working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teamsPassion for mentoring, continuous learning, and innovative service deliveryOur CultureAt Boothby Therapy Services, we believe exceptional outcomes begin with exceptional people.
