The Position We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and flexible Per Diem Youth Support Counselors to work across both our educational and residential programs. This is a highly interactive, hands‑on role supporting neurodiverse adolescents throughout their school day, residential routines, community experiences, and therapeutic programming. Staff work collaboratively with teachers, clinicians, nurses, and residential teams to help students develop the skills needed for adulthood and independent living. Ideal Candidate Interests Special Education Psychology Counseling Social Work Human Services Mental Health Behavioral Health Nursing or Healthcare Schedule & Pay School Program : Monday–Friday, 7:30am–3:30pm – $22.28 per hour. Residential Program : Flexible per diem scheduling available, including afternoons & evenings, awake overnight shifts, weekends & holidays. Per‑diem staff must work a minimum of three shifts per month. All staff attend one training per month. Trainings are offered on Wednesdays: 1st Wednesday 12:00–3:00, 2nd Wednesday 3:00–6:00, 3rd Wednesday 6:00–9:00.
