Provide assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, to ensure our clients maintain their independence and dignity Assist with medication management, light housekeeping, and meal preparation to support our clients' overall well-being Engage in activities that promote mental and physical stimulation, such as exercise, reading, and conversation Maintain accurate records of client care and communicate effectively with our clinical team Collaborate with our care managers to develop personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client
