We’re Hiring: Sales Development Manager (SDR Manager) | Lyzr

We’re looking for a high-energy, execution-driven SDR Manager to lead a team of 6 SDRs and build a high-performance outbound sales culture.

What You’ll Own

Build a strong, competitive, high-accountability SDR culture.
Maximize daily dials, prospecting activity, and customer touchpoints.
Coach SDRs to improve connect rates, conversations, meetings booked, and qualified pipeline.
Drive daily standups, call reviews, performance scorecards, and weekly targets.
Lead from the front. Get on calls, demonstrate what works, and push the team to outperform.
Maintain exceptional CRM hygiene and sales discipline.

What We’re Looking For

3–5+ years in B2B outbound sales/SDR functions, including team leadership experience.
Proven ability to run high-volume outbound prospecting teams.
Strong understanding of cold calling, sales cadences, and pipeline generation.
Data-driven, hands-on, competitive, and relentless about execution.
Experience selling enterprise technology, SaaS, or AI solutions preferred.
