Description American Traveler is hiring a Home Health RN Float for a 13-week assignment requiring at least 1 year of certified home health and case management experience along with an active MA RN license. Details Home health setting covering the North Region including Beverly, Marblehead, Salem, and Swampscott Float role requiring travel to patient homes as assigned Day shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Weekend rotation required once every 6 weeks Uses Epic for charting Requirements Active MA RN license required (no conditional or pending licenses accepted) Both NURSYS and Board of Nursing verification required for licensure AHA-issued certifications only Minimum 1 year of experience specifically within a certified home health agency required Minimum 1 year of case management experience required Hospice, private care, or standalone case management experience does not meet qualification requirements Flu vaccine required with no medical or religious exemptions Additional Information Assess patient conditions, implement care plans, and provide ongoing education and support to patients and families Perform admission processes and case management responsibilities per organizational policy and standards Maintain thorough and timely electronic documentation and interdisciplinary communication Local candidates must reside within 60 miles of Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston Start date contingent on credentialing clearance, with rescheduling possible if not cleared by the posted start date These details are based on information provided by the facility and may include inaccuracies or be subject to updates.
