AI/ML Engineer

JD :

• Master's degree with 4+ years of industry experience in AI/ML.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Healthcare AI/ML applications.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise SaaS products through multiple production releases.
• Hands-on experience working with healthcare datasets such as EHR, ADT, clinical notes, or other healthcare data systems
• Strong programming expertise in Python; knowledge of Java or other programming languages is an added advantage.
• Strong SQL and data engineering skills for AI/ML applications.
• Experience with big data technologies such as Azure Data Lake, Apache Spark, or Databricks.
• Solid understanding of transformer architectures and LLM-based applications.
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and PEFT methods such as LoRA and QLoRA.
• Experience using AI/ML frameworks and libraries including:
• Hugging Face Transformers
• PyTorch
• Scikit-learn
• NumPy
• Pandas
• SciPy
• LightGBM

Experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions on Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud platforms.


Familiarity with version control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and scalable ML deployment architectures.


Strong communication, analytical thinking, and collaboration skills.


Ability to work effectively in distributed and cross-functional teams.
