Maintenance Technician - CNC Machinery

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated CNC Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in CNC Machinery maintenance and be proficient in various technical skills, including a strong electro-mechanical skillset. This role requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting and maintaining equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety within our facilities.
Duties
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electrical systems, mechanical components, and programmable logic controllers.
- Interpret schematics and technical drawings to assist in maintenance tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with staff or external vendors regarding maintenance needs.
Qualifications
- Strong experience maintaining, repairing and troubleshooting up to 5 axis CNC Machines
- Comfortable servicing a 2-3 hour radius (company vehicle provided)
- Prior experience with Fanuc or Siemens Control highly preferred
- Excellent communication and time management skills
