Maintenance Technician - CNC Machinery

$30 - $47 per hour

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated CNC Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in CNC Machinery maintenance and be proficient in various technical skills, including a strong electro-mechanical skillset. This role requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting and maintaining equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety within our facilities.

Duties

Perform routine and preventative maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electrical systems, mechanical components, and programmable logic controllers.
Interpret schematics and technical drawings to assist in maintenance tasks.
Provide excellent customer service when interacting with staff or external vendors regarding maintenance needs.

Qualifications

Strong experience maintaining, repairing and troubleshooting up to 5 axis CNC Machines
Comfortable servicing a 2-3 hour radius (company vehicle provided)
Prior experience with Fanuc or Siemens Control highly preferred
Excellent communication and time management skills
