Stock Controller - 5th Avenue

Summary The Stock Controller partners with store operations, sales team, and management to execute operational duties and ensure compliance with company procedures. This role manages inventory, shipping and receiving, supports store staff, and maintains stock accuracy both back of house and front of house. Responsibilities Execute company service and operational standards consistently Manage inventory, shipping and receiving procedures Oversee delivery of incoming and outgoing shipments Direct staff for store inventories and partner with Stock Associates Maintain back of house and front of house stock to operations guidelines Provide customer service regarding repairs and returns of merchandise Achieve inventory level accuracy including UPT updates Support store staff to comply with inventory maintenance and operations procedures Perform additional operational duties as assigned Requirements Minimum of 2 years retail operations experience Prior luxury retail experience preferred Proven track record in inventory management and availability reporting Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook College degree preferred Authorization to work in the country of employment Willingness to work overtime on short notice and varied hours Ability to move merchandise and handle boxes up to 40 pounds and stand for majority of a 40-hour week #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
