How You’ll Make An Impact Lead project activities to meet timelines, customer expectations, and financial objectives. Manage core project functions – scheduling, budgeting, risk management, change/opportunity management, forecasting, and leadership reporting. Oversee P&L responsibilities for assigned project tasks and actively reduce non-conformance costs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan outcomes, allocate resources, and manage schedules and budgets. Expand your knowledge of GIS, AIS, Balance of Plant, and switchgear products while supporting complex electrification systems projects. What You Bring Associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a similar field. 5+ years’ experience in Power Systems or Substations. Master’s degree in engineering or engineering management is a plus. Strong communication, leadership, and customer relationship skills. Experience in process improvement, quality management, and working with global teams. Understanding of GIS/AIS, Balance of Plant, and switchgear products; PMP or equivalent Project Management certification preferred. Willing to travel 30% domestically and internationally. Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
