Job Description Support Project Managers with project planning, scheduling, and coordination. Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, architects, and vendors. Track project progress, budgets, and closeout activities. Help ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. A Successful Assistant Project Manager Should Have 1-3 years of construction project management or coordination experience. Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related degree preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Experience in telecommunications, data centers, or industrial construction is a plus. Motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to build a long-term career in commercial construction.
