Key West Historic Inns is seeking a friendly, energetic, and guest-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you will play an essential role in creating memorable experiences by providing warm hospitality and personalized service. In this role, you will welcome guests, assist with reservations, process check-ins and check-outs, answer questions, and ensure every guest enjoys a seamless stay. Key West Historic Inns boasts 219 guestrooms across Winslow's Bungalows, Lighthouse Hotel, Ridley House, Ella's Cottages, and Fitch Lodge. These buildings, originally homes for army officers, industrialists, and steamboat captains, reflect architectural styles from Conch to Queen Anne. Built when Key West was Florida's largest city in 1900, each structure holds captivating stories of gold discoveries and vaudeville performances. Qualifications

• Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred; hotel Front Desk experience is a plus.
• Experience with hotel property management systems such as StayNTouch, Opera, or similar PMS platforms preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional, and positive attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and hotel management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts based on business needs.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
