Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Event Planner to coordinate and manage events from initial inquiry through execution. This role involves client communication, logistical planning, coordination with internal teams, and on-site event oversight to ensure every event runs smoothly. Responsibilities Develop event plans, layouts, timelines, and service schedules Coordinate with catering, kitchen, bar, and event staff Arrange rentals, décor, equipment, and staffing as needed Conduct site walkthroughs and oversee event setup Serve as the primary point of contact during events Manage last-minute changes and resolve issues promptly Follow up with clients after events as needed Qualifications Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines Problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure Professional appearance and customer-service mindset Valid driver's license preferred for site visits Schedule & Compensation Schedule: Monday-Friday with occasional weekend support Shift Length: 6-8 hours Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour , depending on experience Benefits Flexible scheduling Opportunities to work at various events Supportive team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Bocatti Experience
