Job Description

Join our dynamic surgical team as a Registered Nurse or Scrub Tech. This position plays a crucial role in delivering comprehensive surgical services across various specialties including ENT, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Endoscopy, GYN, OB, Ophthalmology, Urology, and Podiatry. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to patient-centered care while adhering to best practices in surgical settings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain the sterile field during surgical procedures.
• Assist surgeons and medical staff in a dynamic operating room environment.
• Monitor patient vitals and assist in anesthesia administration as required.
• Collaborate effectively with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Utilize advanced surgical equipment including Stryker towers, Medtronic tools, and Olympus scopes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in surgical nursing or as a scrub tech.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) required; CST preferred.
• Experience in Orthopedic, GYN, ENT, and Endoscopic procedures is highly preferred.
