Job Description

Join our dedicated team as a Registered Nurse (RN) and be at the forefront of coordinating exceptional patient care for adult and pediatric patients. Your expertise will provide comprehensive medical, surgical, outpatient, observation, swing bed, and pediatric care in a dynamic general Med/Surg unit. Collaborate with a talented group of professionals and lead them to meet the unique needs of our diverse patient population while utilizing the innovative Nursing Process to make critical decisions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide exceptional patient care for adult and pediatric patients.
• Utilize the Nursing Process to assess patient needs and implement care plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.
• Maintain accountability to the Unit Director and work closely with the Clinical Nurse Lead and/or Nursing Supervisor.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• At least 3 years of acute care experience preferred.
• Current Vermont RN or multi-state RN licensure required.
• BLS and ACLS certification required prior to start.
• Meditech experience preferred.
