Overview
Registered Nurse – General in Gallup, New Mexico. Travel assignment starts 09/11/2026 for 11 weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $1,360 to $1,416 per week with guaranteed hours of 36 each week. Shift is 3x12-hour nights. Work setting is a skilled nursing facility, providing care to residents under an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities
- Deliver professional nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting, under the direction of the charge nurse and physicians.
- Assess residents, plan and implement individualized care plans, monitor progress, and document changes in condition and response to treatment.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policy; monitor for adverse reactions and document accordingly.
- Monitor vital signs, assess for changes in condition, respond to emergencies, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team for timely interventions.
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in the electronic medical record; ensure infection control, patient safety, and quality of care.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, CNAs, and other staff to optimize resident outcomes and ensure smooth_shift transitions.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in New Mexico or current eligibility for NM licensure
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- 1+ year of RN experience in a skilled nursing, long-term care, or geriatric setting preferred
- Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher from an accredited program
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a 3x12 schedule
- Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
