Patient Care Coordinator

Duties: 

• Greet patients warmly, verify insurance coverage, and assist with appointment scheduling using dental practice management software such as Dentrix or Eaglesoft.
• Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing clear information and directing calls efficiently.
• Assist with verifying insurance benefits, perform insurance eligibility checks, and handle insurance claims processing.
• Maintain accurate patient records by updating medical histories, treatment notes, and documentation review in PMS.
• Support clinic operations by managing appointment schedules, confirming upcoming visits, and coordinating patient intake procedures.

Qualifications: 

• Proven experience as a Dental Receptionist within a dental clinic.
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology.
• Familiarity with practice management systems such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar platforms.
• Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and the ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently.
