Immigrant Justice Staff Attorney - Criminal Defense
The Legal Aid Society
The Legal Aid Society seeks two attorneys for the Immigrant Justice Team within the Criminal Defense Practice in New York City. One position will be based in the Queens CDP office, the other is to be determined. You will advise clients on immigration consequences of criminal arrests and work to mitigate those consequences while delivering holistic, client-centered representation. Requirements include NYS Bar admission and at least 3 years of criminal defense or Crim-Imm experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Legal Aid Society
