We are seeking a high-energy, hospitality-driven Assistant General Manager to join a growing, high-volume elevated fast casual restaurant brand in the DMV area known for its iconic guest experience, scratch kitchen standards, and strong team culture. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about people development, operational excellence, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop front- and back-of-house teams through ongoing training and mentorship
• Foster a positive, accountable, and respectful team culture
• Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, service, and overall operations
• Drive guest satisfaction through strong floor presence and attention to detail
• Support daily restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory, and shift execution
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company operating standards
• Lead by example with a hands-on management style and strong work ethic
• Help build and retain a high-performing team in a high-volume environment

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of current restaurant management experience in a high-volume casual dining or fast casual concept
• Experience working in a scratch kitchen environment strongly preferred
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
• Passion for hospitality and creating outstanding guest experiences
• Proven ability to maintain standards and drive operational excellence
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Exposure to all financials and P&L
• Food safety and sanitation knowledge required
