Business Analyst III

Job Summary (Business Analyst III - Oracle EBS, AI/ML Focus)
- Serve as functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Financial modules, including configurations, process flows, and testing.
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements; translate them into user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, data scientists, and business stakeholders, to ensure practical and scalable solutions.
- Define and support AI/ML use cases, model requirements, and data pipeline initiatives with data science and engineering teams.
- Act as a liaison between business users, technical Oracle EBS teams, and AI/ML development teams to bridge functional and technical requirements.
- Maintain, refine, and prioritize the product backlog; contribute to sprint planning and release management.
- Independently coordinate small to mid-scale project efforts and support change management for AI adoption and digital transformation.
- Work in an Agile environment, creating and managing user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Support or serve as a Product Owner for ERP or digital transformation projects.
- Stay current with emerging technologies such as AI/ML, GenAI tools, and modern cloud/data integration patterns.
- Communicate effectively to bridge gaps between non-technical and technical stakeholders.
- Exhibit strong ownership, problem-solving, and the ability to remove project ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
