Overview
Ultimate Staffing is partnering with a growing medical device manufacturer in Irvine, CA seeking Medical Device Assemblers to join their Tissue Sewing Technician team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a mission-driven organization contributing to innovative, life-changing medical technologies.
Position Details
- Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
- Pay Rate: $22/hour
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Location: Onsite - Irvine, CA 92618
Key Responsibilities
- Perform precision assembly of valve components using tools such as needles, scissors, forceps, specialized equipment, and microscopes within a rotating production process
- Inspect and verify completed work against defined specifications in a structured assembly environment
- Follow established work instructions and procedures, ensuring accurate documentation and traceability of work performed
- Support additional operational tasks as needed to maintain production flow
- Maintain adherence to quality standards, internal processes, and applicable regulatory guidelines
- Demonstrate reliability through consistent attendance, punctuality, and flexibility to work overtime as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Required Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
