Tissue Sewer (Cleanroom Assembler) | $22/hr | Irvine M-F 7am - 3:30pm | Temp-to-Hire

Ultimate Staffing is hiring Tissue Sewing Technicians to join a leading medical device company in Irvine, CA. This is a wonderful opportunity for candidates seeking an impactful role directly contributing to life-saving medical devices.

• Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
• Pay Rate: $22/hour
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Location: Irvine, CA (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities

• Use tools including needles, scissors, forceps, specialized tooling, and microscopes to perform assigned steps, in rotation, in the sewing assembly of valves
• Execute assembly involving animal tissue and wet processes with high accuracy
• Verify completed steps against detailed specifications and quality standards
• Follow SOPs and document work in device history records for traceability
• Maintain compliance with GMP, QMS, and regulatory requirements
• Assist in maintaining efficient production flow and high-quality output
• Uphold a cleanroom-compliant workspace

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience with microscopes, lab work, specimen handling, or cleanroom environments preferred
• High level of manual dexterity and fine motor skills
• Ability to perform highly detailed, repetitive technical work accurately
• Strong documentation and attention to detail
• Comfortable handling biological materials including animal tissue

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Cleanroom environment requiring full PPE (gowning, gloves, mask, etc.)
• Extended periods of sitting while performing intricate work
• Sustained concentration under microscope or magnification
• Frequent use of hands for fine manipulation of small components
• Ability to meet strict safety, quality, and contamination standards
• Physical activity may include standing, walking, bending, and lifting (up to 25 lbs)
