Assembler – Join Our Growing Production Team
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Assembler to become a valued member of our production team. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in quality craftsmanship, and want to grow their skills in a supportive manufacturing environment. As an Assembler, you will play a key role in building high-quality products that meet customer specifications while maintaining our strong standards for safety, quality, and compliance.
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
What You’ll Do:
- Assemble products in accordance with customer and company specifications
- Ensure all finished products meet quality, regulatory, and internal standards
- Participate in safety and quality improvement initiatives
- Consistently deliver accurate, high-quality work
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior assembly or manufacturing experience required
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Skills That Help You Succeed:
- Ability to read a ruler and understand basic measurements
- Strong hand-eye coordination and excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Experience measuring, cutting, and stripping wires
- Soldering and crimping experience (hand crimpers) is a plus
- Ability to identify and distinguish color-coded wires and components
