Overview & Responsibilities Manager, Emergency & Crisis Management at Paramount – Los Angeles, CA. The role coordinates emergency management across four phases: mitigation, preparedness, response, and recovery on the Paramount Pictures Studios Lot. The manager develops and implements the Emergency & Crisis Management Program, ensuring readiness for large‑scale emergencies and disasters. Requires on‑site presence Monday through Friday, with overtime and weekend availability as needed. Key Responsibilities Serve as subject‑matter expert on emergency management regulations, Incident Command System (ICS), and National Incident Management System (NIMS). Coordinate and facilitate Activation of the Emergency Operation Center (EOC). Collaborate with Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) on intersecting projects and EOC activation. Advise and conduct employee training related to emergency and crisis management. Support security, operations, and facilities teams in emergency and crisis matters. Maintain current knowledge of regulatory developments and best practices. Manage the Emergency Operation Center. Work with regulatory agencies as required. Basic Qualifications 7years of progressive experience in emergency‑management program development and management. Expert proficiency in Incident Command System (ICS) and National Incident Management System (NIMS). Completion of training in NIMS or ICs. Bachelor’s degree in Emergency Management or related field. Additional Qualifications Certifications: International Association of Emergency Managers Certified Emergency Manager (CEM), Emergency Management Professional Certification, FEMA Professional Development Series (PDS) Certificate. Salary & Benefits Hiring salary range: $98,400.00 – $123,000.00 (includes geographic adjustments). Bonus eligible.
