Job Overview BMW Sales Consultant at BMW of Pembroke Pines, part of Holman Automotive Group. Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Demonstrate and explain the features, performance, and benefits of BMW vehicles in the showroom and on the road. Stay up to date on the latest BMW models, technology, and market trends. Assist customers in every step of the sales process from initial inquiry to final purchase. Work with Sales Manager and Finance Consultant to finalize the sale, ensuring a seamless purchasing process. Accurately complete all necessary paperwork for sale and registration of the vehicle. Arrange vehicle delivery and coordinate registration for smooth handoff to the customer. Attend and complete manufacturer and company training programs to maintain product expertise. Collaborate with team to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding service. Qualifications High school diploma and one year of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferable experience in premium or luxury sales. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Basic math skills – add, subtract, multiply, divide, compute rates, ratios, percentages accurately.
