College coursework or degree in Business, Communications, Customer Service, or a related field is a plus.Experience Requirements3 years of previous experience in a customer service, contact center, call center, or customer support role required. Experience handling customer inquiries through multiple channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media preferred. Proven ability to resolve customer concerns while meeting performance goals for quality, productivity, and response times. Experience maintaining accurate customer records and processing account updates.Preferred QualificationsStrong communication, active listening, and conflict-resolution skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset. Self-motivated, dependable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and web-based applications. Experience in logistics, delivery services, transportation, or home delivery support is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Physical CapabilitiesAbility to remain seated and work at a computer for extended periods. Ability to effectively communicate by phone, email, and chat throughout the workday. Visual ability to read, analyze, and interpret information displayed on a computer screen. Ability to maintain focus and productivity in a fast-paced customer service environment.Job DutiesServe as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support and timely issue resolution. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels. Deliver a "first-contact resolution" experience by identifying customer needs and providing effective solutions. Research and resolve complex customer issues while balancing customer satisfaction and company objectives. Update customer accounts, process changes, document interactions, and maintain accurate records. Escalate priority issues when necessary and collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution. Meet established performance metrics for quality, efficiency, customer satisfaction, and productivity. Maintain professionalism and composure when handling sensitive or challenging customer situations.
