Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Planner (Licensed or Unlicensed) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing planning activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, and contributing to the successful execution of projects. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement planning strategies to meet project objectives.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Prepare and review planning documents, reports, and proposals.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address challenges and optimize outcomes.
• Provide regular updates and reports to management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related field.
• Relevant planning certification or licensure (preferred but not required).
• Proven experience in planning or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of planning principles, practices, and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools.

Pay Range: $75,000 - $120,000
