Lithia & Driveway in Bartlett, IL is hiring full-time Sales BDC Administrators to support a high-volume automotive sales team. You will build relationships with customers by phone, email, and text, schedule appointments, and follow up to grow sales and loyalty. You will maintain accurate customer records in the dealership CRM, stay current on inventory and promotions, and ensure customer satisfaction by resolving concerns and escalating issues as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr Lithia & Driveway
