Brand Marketing & Social Media Coordinator

Role Description

We are seeking a creative, organized, and motivated Brand Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to support our marketing and partnership initiatives. This role will play a key part in expanding our digital presence, creating engaging content, managing social media channels, and assisting with brand outreach efforts to develop meaningful partnerships and endorsement opportunities. • Coordinate and execute brand marketing outreach initiatives to support partnership development and sponsorship opportunities
• Assist in identifying and building relationships with brands, influencers, and potential partners
• Manage day-to-day social media activities across company platforms, including scheduling, posting, and community engagement
• Create compelling content including graphics, short-form videos, captions, and campaign materials aligned with brand voice
• Collaborate on creative strategy for social campaigns, promotions, and brand activations
• Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, and platform performance metrics
• Support content shoots, events, and marketing activations as needed
• Conduct research on partnership opportunities, industry trends, and competitor activity
• Help maintain content calendars and ensure timely execution of campaigns

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Sports Management, Business, Public Relations, or related field (preferred but not required)
• Strong understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and Facebook
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience with content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar platforms is a plus
• Self-starter mentality with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Passion for marketing, branding, social media, and creative storytelling
