Apprenticeship Program Manager I - Outreach & Partnerships

City of St. Louis is seeking a PROGRAM MANAGER I (APPRENTICESHIP COORDINATOR) to lead outreach for apprenticeship programs, develop and promote registered apprenticeships, and collaborate with USDOL partners and local workforce entities. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree plus three years of supervisory or program-monitoring experience in public or nonprofit sectors, with strong communication and leadership skills.
