SoftPro, the nation’s leading provider of Real Estate closing and title insurance software, is seeking a Customer Solutions Analyst. This role can be based in Raleigh, NC or fully remote, with East/Central hours and some regional flexibility. You will resolve application issues across SoftPro products, assist customers with tasks like CDF/file balancing and trust-account reconciliation, and document resolutions in our tracking system while delivering outstanding service. #J-18808-Ljbffr SoftPro
