This position will help support our Clinical Care Operations department and ultimately will assist patients wherever they are needed throughout the hospital, mainly in our Med Surg, Obs, and Progressive Care units. Experienced Critical Care RN's on the Resource Team will support critical care patient populations in the ICU, PCU, and Emergency Dept.

Nights are available (7PM – 7:30AM), 36 hours per week (weekends/holidays on rotation). You will have the opportunity to utilize our self-scheduling tool for shift and weekend coverage. Enjoy $3/hr float pay, 18%-night shift differential, and a $3/hour weekend shift differential when applicable.

This position assesses, plans, implements, evaluates and documents nursing care of patients in accordance with organizational policies and in accordance with standards of professional nursing practice utilizing the framework for professional nursing practice and development.

Core functions include assessing patient needs, formulating a plan of care, implementing the plan of care through direct patient care, evaluating the patient's response to care and teaching, documenting assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation in the patient record, providing care based on the best evidence available, contributing to society through activities that lead to excellent patient outcomes, and interacting with all levels of staff in a variety of departments.

Minimum qualifications include a current, valid RN license, BLS certification, and additional certification or continuing education may be required based on area of practice. Experience in the clinical area for which he or she is applying is desired.
