The position requires an RN specializing in the operating room. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment. The RN will be responsible for circulating in various surgical procedures. Preferred skills include experience in orthopedic, gynecological, general, urological, plastics, spine, podiatry, ENT, and ophthalmic surgeries. The unit consists of 6 operating rooms. Patient ratios are 1:1 during surgeries. Multiple standard OR equipment is available for use. The electronic health record system in use is Paragon. Candidates should be organized and flexible to meet patient care needs. The dress code comprises hospital-issued scrubs. There are variable weekend on-call requirements. Required certifications include BLS and ACLS. Floating to other units is not required for this position.
