Resumen del Trabajo: Baker Maid está buscando empleados de producción motivados y confiables para unirse a nuestro equipo. Este puesto ofrece variedad, con responsabilidades que abarcan varias áreas de nuestro proceso de producción. Ya sea que estés ayudando en la preparación, producción o empaque, tu contribución será clave para el éxito de nuestra panadería. Responsabilidades clave: Ayudar en la preparación de ingredientes, mezcla y tareas básicas de ensamblaje para apoyar el proceso de producción. Apoyar las operaciones de producción operando equipos, siguiendo procedimientos seguros y manteniendo un ambiente de trabajo limpio. Empacar y etiquetar productos para su envío, venta al por menor o almacenamiento, asegurando la etiqueta correcta y la presentación adecuada del producto. Mantener la limpieza de las áreas de trabajo, herramientas y equipos, cumpliendo con las normativas de salud y seguridad. Ayudar a monitorear la calidad del producto, asegurando la consistencia en la apariencia, el sabor y los estándares de seguridad. Apoyar otras áreas de producción según sea necesario, proporcionando flexibilidad en varios departamentos dentro de la panadería. Ayudar con la gestión de inventarios, asegurando que haya suficientes suministros y notificando la falta de existencias al personal correspondiente. Calificaciones: No se requiere experiencia previa; se brindará capacitación. Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno de ritmo rápido con atención al detalle. Capacidad para levantar hasta 50 libras y estar de pie durante períodos prolongados. Fuertes habilidades de comunicación y mentalidad orientada al trabajo en equipo. Actitud positiva y disposición para adaptarse a diversas tareas. Capacidad para seguir instrucciones y cumplir con los estándares de seguridad.
