Technical Service Engineer II

GE HealthCare seeks a Technical Service Engineer II to support hospital customers using MIM vendor-neutral imaging software. The role involves diagnosing technical issues, providing customer assistance, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance the software and user experience.

Responsibilities

Learn and apply specialized software knowledge to resolve customer technical issues and configuration requests
Diagnose and resolve complex issues remotely and guide customers in software configuration
Perform software updates, upgrades, and system migrations for customers
Conduct technical training sessions for team members and cross-functional teams
Gather customer insights and communicate feedback to product and management teams for software improvement

Requirements

3+ years technical experience in hospital environments
Computer networking, connectivity, and software troubleshooting expertise
DICOM and PACS experience preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Analytical and critical thinking abilities for complex problem-solving
Excellent customer service orientation with empathetic mindset
Ability to maintain flexible work schedule

Compensation: $70,400.00-$105,600.00 annual
