At Cattlemens, our Hosts and Hostesses are more than greeters — they’re the heartbeat of our hospitality. As the first and last point of contact for every guest, you’ll set the tone for a memorable dining experience built on our proud tradition of Western Hospitality.
What You’ll Do
- Provide a warm, friendly, and professional welcome to every guest who walks through our doors.
- Manage seating efficiently to ensure smooth flow and minimal wait times.
- Maintain an organized host stand and accurate waitlist using reservation tools.
- Serve as the information center for the restaurant—answering questions and assisting guests with a positive attitude.
- Communicate effectively with servers and management to optimize guest satisfaction.
- Deliver a lasting positive impression by thanking guests and inviting them back.
