Expense And Timecard Reviewers
Sparks Group is honored to support a FEMA partner located in Frederick County, VA who is seeking Expense and Timecard Reviewers for a contracted surge staffing opportunity. This is a trainable role that will provide support to both remote and in field inspectors. This position reports fully onsite. Please apply today!
Responsibilities:
- Fielding calls/emails from inspectors in their timecards and expense reports
- Reviewing expense reports for accuracy and meeting travel policy requirements and within GSA allowable rates.
- Will review and correct timecards/codes
- Data entry support
- Additional administrative tasks and duties as assigned
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- Intermediate proficiency with EXCEL is required
- Prior experience working within ADP is highly desirable
- Detail oriented to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Outstanding math skills for quick calculations
- MUST be able to work onsite in Winchester, VA
- Credit and background screening is required prior to employment
- US Citizenship
