Communications Officer External Affairs | East of England Ambulance Service Trust Company: Company: East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust We have an opportunity for an experienced Communications Officer to join the East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust (EEAST) communications team. This role will work as a key member of the External Communications team, leading on planning and delivering proactive stories, delivering photos and video content for social media, responding to media enquiries to a busy 999 service, and helping plan updates for major stakeholders such as MPs. Must have experience of managing media and helping deliver external communications campaigns. Will contribute to the successful overall performance of EEAST by planning and delivering external communications, managing media enquiries, and planning social media content. The role will also be required to take and edit photographs and video content. Evaluate and report on external news engagement to ensure performance informs future planning. Empathise with the EEAST values of quality, teamwork, respect, care, and honesty. Will be confident in designing and producing a range of written communications materials.
