This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

* Schedule: Tuesday - Friday, 10-hour shifts

* Patients per day: 15-20

* Practice Setting: Clinic

* Scope: Outpatient

* State Licensure: Kentucky state medical license, Basic Life Support (BLS), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and Board Certified.
