Associate Director, Project Management

You know that the outcome of a project hinges on two things: the plan and the people.

In this role, you will be the problem-solving partner to the account leads for all things financial & logistical, leading the agency team to meet its deliverables with both decisiveness and confidence. You will have the opportunity to exhibit strong leadership skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving. You will:

• Develop/review project estimates and ensure they are approved internally and externally
• Manage project timelines and cost to approved scopes and estimates, communicating when change orders are required
• Identify any financial risk to project budget or forecast

Essential Requirements:

• 7+ years’ experience in a PM leadership, supervisory role overseeing digital/print production of pharmaceutical sales materials
• Direct management and/or portfolio team management of $10-20M in brand revenue
• Pharmaceutical ad agency experience with launch, med/legal and FDA 2253/OPDP submission experience

Desired Requirements:

• BA/PMP certification
• Finance: Proficiency developing scopes, estimates, and weekly project performance reporting.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $110,000 to $130,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
