Responsibilities
- Perform initial evaluations and ongoing physical therapy treatment planning for a general rehab caseload, with emphasis on pelvic health as assigned
- Deliver evidence-based PT interventions for orthopedic and pelvic health conditions, including post-op and spine-related cases
- Implement, document, and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and goals; coordinate care with the rehab team
- Educate patients and families on exercises, precautions, and home program adherence; demonstrate proper techniques
- Ensure patient safety, infection control, and adherence to hospital policies; maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to support discharge planning and appropriate referral when needed

Requirements
- Active Georgia Physical Therapist licensure
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Minimum 2 years’ experience within the specialty area; pelvic PT experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Must hold or be eligible for licensure to practice pelvic physical therapy; Herman & Wallace Level 1 certification or APTA Pelvic Health certification preferred, or strong orthopedic PT background with post-op, spine, LE, and sports experience (no new grads)
- Ability to work in a hospital outpatient rehab environment and manage a pelvic health caseload as assigned
