This person has a security and test first mindset.Install, configure, harden, and patch Hypervisors and Windows/Linux servers including DC's and database serversInstall, configure, and patch Storage devices of all typesMonitor all IT infrastructure for performance and anomaliesConfigure and manage cloud solutionsConfigure and administer M365/O365 solutions, including email, SharePoint, security, etc.Configure and administer EDR, MDR, and XDR monitoring and alerting solutionsConfigure AD, AAD, Group Policies and MDM solutionsLoad, configure, and manage immutable data backup solutions such as VeeamAdminister email filtering tools such as MimecastPeriodically audit the IT/OT infrastructure for potential vulnerabilitiesManage and configure Firewalls, Switches, WAPs and VPN as neededLead our efforts towards ZTNA and SASEPlan and implement the overall IP schema and VLANS segmenting the various networks, locations and management networksStay up to date on the latest IT/OT CISA alertsManage the patching process of networking equipmentBe the evangelist of IT/OT security, monitoring and alerting (SOC)Manage annual vulnerability and pen testingManage, document, and test the DR processPerform all duties within established Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and FSMA guidelines as well as all safety regulationsComply with Safe Quality Foods (SQF) food safety and quality standardsPerform all other duties as assignedYou could be a great fit if you have these things –Associate or Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience with hands on system administration and IT networking with firewalls and switchesMinimum of 3 years of experience with Hypervisors (VMware and Hyper-V) and Windows/Linux and SQL serversMicrosoft, Network and Hypervisor certifications are highly preferredConforms to regulatory compliance related to electronic information in areas such as HIPAA and Sarbanes-OxleyDemonstrates the ability to engage work in department and cross-functional teams to define and implement process improvements that provide value to the customerStrong attention to detail, effective time managements skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsOur associates enjoy these awesome benefits –Medical, dental, vision & prescriptionLife insurance, short-term & long-term disability401(k) with company match – immediately vestedEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Earn vacation and PTOEducational assistance reimbursementCompany bonus planFree ice cream and beverages!Physical Demands - The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.The employee is required to talk and/or hear in an office setting (noise level is low) and manufacturing setting where noise levels can be high (PPE required).The employee is frequently required to stand and walk in an office or manufacturing environment from 4-8+ hours.The employee must be able to ascend and descend stairs, and where applicable and when necessary, to perform various job-related tasks.Must be able to position self to move, reach with arms/hands, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed to perform various job-related tasks.The employee must be able to inspect all job-related equipment (office or floor) to ensure it is in good working condition prior to use.
