Senior Reliability Engineer

Reliability EngineerArconic is currently in search of a Reliability Engineer to join our Manufacturing Technology Engineering team in reliability excellence systems across multiple Rolling Mills and Extrusion Plants. This position will be based out of Davenport, IA (preferred), Alcoa, TN or Lancaster, PA manufacturing location. In return, we offer the opportunity to Grow Together with ongoing options for professional growth provided by a constantly changing environment, working alongside employees who value the people they work with just as much as the work they do.In this role, you will:Drive, coach and implement Reliability Excellence systems across multiple Rolling Mills and Extrusion Plants with the business.Key Objectives and Responsibilities:Develop standards, coach implementation of Equipment Reliability system components such as Defect Elimination, Criticality Analysis, Preventive and Predictive Maintenance, CMMSCondition-based Monitoring and Reliability Centered MaintenanceDrive the culture and ownership of Reliability across the enterpriseIdentify and report to the Business Units the opportunities for improvement in OEE and productivityLeverage other resources within Manufacturing Technology and Engineering team as well as other resources such as IT and Finance to drive effective and sustainable change in Equipment ReliabilityMajor Customers include Business Unit, Operation and Maintenance Managers in Rolled Products and ExtrusionsThis role may require 25% or more travelQualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Reliability Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field5 years' experience in Equipment Reliability, Maintenance, or EngineeringEmployees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. §730, et seq.) and/or the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
