Position Summary : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Management Associate Director or Director to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for developing and managing strategically important partnerships with pharmaceutical companies and with other Flagship companies. Responsibilities: Manage projects of high complexity, including with novel modalities, all of which are enabled by a collaboration Thinks strategically at the asset and portfolio level Work with the project team to develop the integrated development plan Enable transparent and candid communication across the team and to leadership Relentlessly ensure the execution and tracking of critical activities for project teams Bring high energy and team spirit that leads to a highly functioning team Work closely with the project/program managers to ensure teams are operating within the agreement and to ensure the scientific/operations perspectives are brought to the negotiations. Qualifications: PhD, Master's or BS/BA/MBA degree 8+ years' experience in a drug discovery development field or scientific, functional experience 6+ years drug development Program Management experience Scientific/research background, preferably with experience in Metabolic, Immunology, Cardiovascular, Vaccines, and/or renal disease area(s) Experience in multiple modalities (e.g., RNA-based therapies, biologics/antibodies, small molecule, etc.) Strong understanding of the biopharmaceutical landscape, including key players, emerging trends, and technological advancements. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
