Job Overview Zales Outlet is expanding its sales team and hiring seasonal, part‑time, and full‑time jewelry consultants. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience and helping customers celebrate life’s moments. Responsibilities Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires. Present merchandise and provide detailed information about product features and benefits. Explain extended service plans and financing options. Achieve individual and team sales goals. Qualifications Desire to help customers celebrate special moments. Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Positive, customer‑focused approach to delivering an exceptional experience. Strong communication and relational skills. Compensation & Benefits Base pay ranging from $18.00 to $25.60 per hour plus commission on sales (final rate determined by experience and qualifications).
